I am currently working on my Phd (expected Spring 2023) at the University of Groningen where I am writing a dissertation on Kant's Political Philosophy with a focus on Kant's early lectures on natural right, known as the Naturrecht Feyerabend. I have published articles on Kant's political philosophy and both influences on Kant, such as Gottfried Achenwall and A.W. Rehberg, and philosophers influenced by Kant, such as Ernst Cassirer, in places such as the Kant Yearbook and The British Journal for the History of Philosophy as well as some edited volumes. In conjunction with my historical work, I am also interested in developing a productive account of Kant's political philosophy which can be used in contemporary debates on republican freedom, democracy and rights.
